I graduated from Western New England School of Law with a strong study focus in Evidence and advanced Evidentiary Law. My rationale for the study of Evidentiary Law arises from a belief that is both fresh and simple. Many legal issues (whether settlements, preliminary matters, negotiations and pleas), frequently come down to what is or is not admissible in court.
Before going into private practice, I worked as a 3:03 certified Prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts District Court in Springfield, Massachusetts. This gave me much experience litigating in-court motions, trial, and allowed me to participate in dozens of bail arguments. I have litigated numerous in-court motions in civil/criminal cases and debt collection. Working as a lawyer in these capacities has given me plenty of pre-trial, negotiation, and settlement experience. I have also worked as a law clerk for both private firms and public officials.
I have years of experience advocating for individuals with numerous forms of disabilities before becoming a lawyer.
I have degrees in Political Science with a special focus in Military History and Conflict, as well as international and domestic affairs. I understand the nature of conflict well, and as your representative I know just how important it is to be by your side; whether it is criminal defense or civil offense, your best interests become mine.
I also have a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in English. I am an active participant in working with my community and I have even worked with the FBI in helping to locate missing children through a program called MYCHIPS. I am a member of the Massachusetts State and Hampden County Bar Associations and I am covered by Malpractice Insurance. I also have published works for Lex Brevis Magazine.
